These panels employ cold-rolled steel sheets (electro-galvanized/hot-dip galvanized or aluminum-zinc alloy coated) as substrates, which undergo a rigorous production process including: Degreasing → Phosphating → Chromate treatment → Continuous roller coating of organic polymers → Baking and cooling.
