Features

There is a guide rail, in the VHP pass through, which can be used with the transfer trolley.

Sterilization
The disinfection effect can reduce the number of Bacillus stearothermophilus spores biological indicator by 6 log10 reduction comply to ISO 14698. VHP residue level is less than or equal to 1ppm.

Control Method
Siemens PLC controller to realize automatic control throughout the whole process; the time, hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature and humidity and other curves and parameter settings can be viewed in real time, and it has an audit tracking function.

Preparation → Leakage Testing → Dehumidification → Sterilization → Residue → Finish
